Policies and APA Regulations
Advance registration is strongly recommended. Payments can be made through this website by credit card. Your information is secured and cannot be accessed by us. If you have concerns about the payment, please contact Dr. Amy Rosett at info@insightsintoaging.com at least two weeks in advance of the class.
Participants receive a CE certificate electronically via email after completing the full program. The number of CE hours awarded is stated in each course description. In order to earn CEs, full attendance is required; no partial credit is offered. Please note that the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) accepts CEs from APA approved sponsors, allowing LCSWs, MFTs and LPCCs to earn CEs.
Attendance at live classes will be documented through the Zoom chat.
Taking a course through homestudy requires passing a post-test. You will have three chances to pass the test with a minimum score of 75%. If you need to retake the test, you will have access to the course material. Please note that the instructors write the post-tests questions to ensure that you have learned the material presented in the course.
Cancellation requests must be received in writing at least two weeks in advance to receive a full refund. There will be a $30 processing fee. If Insights into Aging needs to cancel a class, the registration fee will be fully refunded, applied to the same class when rescheduled or applied to another class.
Insights into Aging will make all reasonable accommodations to meet the needs of participants with disabilities. Please contact Dr. Amy Rosett at info@insightsintoaging.com with any questions and to discuss specific needs as far in advance as possible.
Any complaints by participants will be handled promptly, respectively and with confidentiality. Please contact Dr. Amy Rosett in order to receive the written grievance policy. If you prefer, you may contact Dr. Stacy Reger.
There is no financial or other commercial support for programs offered or to the instructors unless otherwise noted.
